By accessing our website at tarot.xord.io or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Raven's Tarot is a digital tarot reading and interpretation platform. The Service uses AI-assisted interpretation combined with a proprietary knowledge base drawn from four foundational esoteric sources. Readings generated by the Service are provided for personal reflection, entertainment, and spiritual exploration purposes only.
The Service does not provide professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You should not make important life decisions based solely on readings from the Service. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact appropriate professional services in your area.
To access the full features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@xord.io of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.
The Service offers digital products available for purchase, including lifetime access packages and credit packs. All purchases are processed securely through our authorized payment partners (Stripe, PayPal) or via public blockchain transactions (ETH, BTC). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We will provide notice of any price changes before they take effect. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

Certain features of the Service consume credits. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. We reserve the right to modify the credit cost of specific features with reasonable notice.

All content, software, design, text, card data, interpretive frameworks, branding, and visual elements of the Service are owned by XORD Systems LLC and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. The Four Foundational Sources knowledge base, the Raven interpretation engine, and the XORD Tarot deck design are proprietary assets of XORD Systems LLC.
You retain ownership of any personal text you input as invocations or questions. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your input solely for the purpose of generating your reading. We do not claim ownership of your invocations.
Readings and interpretations provided by the Service are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for depth, accuracy, and consistency rooted in our foundational esoteric sources, AI-generated content may contain errors, inconsistencies, or interpretations that do not resonate with your situation. The Service is provided for reflection and exploration — not as a substitute for professional guidance.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content generated by the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XORD Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or any other intangible losses — regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
The Raven's Tarot may offer an affiliate or partner program for selected publishers, creators, educators, and independent operators whose audience is aligned with serious tarot, occult, archetypal, symbolic, or esoteric work.
Affiliate participation is subject to approval by XORD Systems LLC. We may approve, reject, suspend, or remove affiliates at our discretion.
Affiliates must represent The Raven's Tarot accurately. The Service must not be promoted as generic fortune-telling, guaranteed prediction, medical advice, psychological treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency support.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with The Raven's Tarot when promoting the Service, including that they may earn a commission from purchases made through their affiliate link.
Affiliate commissions are payable only on valid, non-refunded purchases after the applicable refund period of 30 days has passed. Refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, self-referred, or policy-violating purchases are not commissionable.
Affiliates may not use spam, misleading claims, fake discounts, unauthorized coupon pages, cashback sites, cookie stuffing, bot traffic, forced clicks, impersonation, or paid search bidding on “The Raven,” “The Raven's Tarot,” “XORD,” tarot.xord.io, or confusingly similar terms without written approval.
No public coupon, discount, or deal promotion is authorized unless a custom coupon has been explicitly issued by XORD Systems LLC.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
