We do not use ticket systems, chatbots, or automated responders. Every email is read and handled by the operational team. Response time is typically within 24 hours; complex issues may require up to 72 hours.

To request a refund:

Lost Password: Use the "Forgot password?" link in the login modal. Reset links are valid for 24 hours.
Magic Link Not Received: Check spam/junk folders. If using Gmail, check the "Promotions" tab. Add support@xord.io to your contacts and request a new link.
Credits Not Displaying: Log out and log back in. If the issue persists after 24 hours from payment, email support with your transaction ID.
Stripe: Transactions appear as "XORD SYSTEMS LLC" on your statement.
PayPal: Disputes must be opened through PayPal Resolution Center; however, emailing support directly typically resolves issues faster than PayPal's mediation process.
XORD Token Payments: Blockchain transactions are final once verified. Refunds for XORD payments are issued in USDC equivalent, not XORD tokens.
Browser Requirements: The Raven requires a modern browser (Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+). JavaScript must be enabled. We do not support Internet Explorer.
Card Rendering Issues: If tarot cards display as blank rectangles, clear browser cache (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) and ensure WebP image support is enabled.
Mobile: Fully supported on iOS Safari and Chrome Mobile. If you experience layout issues on older Android devices, rotate to landscape mode or switch to desktop view.
For data deletion requests, account termination, or export of your Journal/readings, email support@xord.io with subject "Data Request." We will process these within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.
